“I recently booked my sons graduation party with On The Go Concierge…BEST decision EVER! Think of it as an extra set of hands. Once the party started at 2pm, I literally walked around socializing with all of our guests. Although I had much of the decorating done, Jennifer helped with last minute things…balloons, food set up and was just pleasant to work with. She made sure things were flowing smoothly inside with all of the food so that I could spend time making memories instead of being in the kitchen or cleaning up after people. “Donna was amazing! I originally called her because we were looking for someone to barbecue for a very large outdoor party. She delivered! The food came out great, and it allowed my husband to enjoy the party and not be stuck all day behind the grill!

Donna and her assistant came to help with set-up, food service, and clearing. We even had a bartender! I did not have to do anything! She came to my house a few days before the party to discuss layout, set-up and the flow for the party! This was great because she knew before arriving for the party where everything that was needed for the party was located!

It really was wonderful that I didn’t have to worry about anything! Donna took care of everything during the party!”

“I had an excellent experience with Donna. She helped us throw a wonderful surprise 30th Birthday party for our daughter. She made everything lovely, was able to get the perfect menu to meet several dietary needs, got us the most delicious gluten free cheesecake with fresh fruit on it which our daughter & everyone absolutely enjoyed, she served, made sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink, she cleaned up after everyone & threw away all of the garbage in our cans, several times! …and wound up staying later, without a problem, because everyone was having such a great time. “Our daughter graduated from college in upstate NY; since I live in Florida, I couldn’t easily help plan the party for her. Donna followed our requests (and made lots of additional great suggestions), planned the food, decorations, supplies, tent for our outdoor lakeside party, citronella candles, and everything else we needed for the party. She set it up in advance, delivered the delicious food, & then came back later to help with the cleanup. “I hired Donna to help plan a large event at a local high school, which was celebrating the accomplishments on 120 students with 500 guests and 45 presenters. Without an auditorium due to building renovations, she was able to help recreate the auditorium in the gymnasium, including a 40ft stage. It was elegant and practical. Most importantly, she kept that part of the evening on track for me as there were many moving parts to organize and I didn’t have time to worry about stage design, floral arrangements, table settings, chairs or set-up. That part of planning was a non-issue. She was there to supervise and did some fantastic last minute trouble shooting for me (when I realized we needed to fit another 35 people on stage with less than an hour to go) so I could concentrate on other aspects of preparation. She was pleasant, well organized, and delivered exactly what and when she said she would. I would use her again in a HEARTBEAT!”
